It is fair to say within the majority of households in the Uk kitchens and bathrooms are tiled. When a kitchen or bathroom is being refurbished or upgraded it is most certainly going to tiled. An average Tiler could earn between £10 - £14 per hour, or by working self-employed they could potentially earn up to £35 - £40,000 a year. Tiler’s can further their career in specialised areas such as swimming pools, mosaic walls, spar areas. Although there's no need for qualification to become a tiler, from 2010 there is a requirement for tiler’s to hold a level 2 NVQ to be able to work on site. |
